About

The Early Career & Leadership (ECL) coaching program equips young talent across industries such as media, technology, and more with tools to manage their careers, develop critical soft skills, and cultivate the leadership abilities necessary to achieve their goals.

Open to professionals working in the media space with up to 5 years of professional experience, ECL is a six-month group coaching program that combines formal instruction, guest speakers and interactive group coaching sessions. The bi-weekly, two-hour virtual sessions focus on leadership, emotional intelligence, executive presence, career management and more.

Eligibility

ECL is open to employees in the media and technology industries. Participants nominated by their supervisors or self-nominating themselves for the program must meet the eligibility criteria:

Up to five years of professional working experience in the media industry

Timing & Cost

Six-month program
Meetings occur biweekly for two hours
$5,000 per participant
