Their expertise in human resources, talent, and leadership will help strengthen EBF’s mission to create access and career opportunities for students and alumni pursuing careers in media, entertainment, and tech. Transitioning from college to the workforce can be both exciting and overwhelming for students preparing for their first jobs. Last week, Emma Bowen Foundation senior fellows took part in the annual two-day virtual Launch Boot Camp, a career readiness and professional development program designed to help college students successfully transition from internships to full-time employment.
