HR Advisory Board

The HR Advisory Board engages the HR teams of key EBF partners in an advisory capacity. It is a forum that plugs partners into the latest on Foundation plans and initiatives, connects partners to one another for networking and best-practice sharing, and creates the space for the Foundation to better understand the entry-level needs & processes of partner companies. On the EBF HR Advisory Board, we aim to think beyond the internship stage to connect HR teams to graduates and professionals of color that can help meet their full-time hiring needs. The ultimate goal of the HR Advisory Board is to collaborate and co-create sustainable diversity solutions that positively impact the hiring, retention, and advancement of people of color across the media and technology industries.
